When I worked for C&C Group in 2020, they wanted to launch a new campaign which celebrates diversity and inclusion within the business, specifically aimed at employees. I designed this concept, and used vectors in Illustrator to create a large graphic of a crowd of people from all walks of life.
C&C Group is a drinks distributor, so the illustration contains nods towards the industry (e.g. the grapes and apple branches), as well as people wearing different uniforms typically seen within the business.
The illustrated hearts and rainbow flags highlight the companies inclusivity. And the colours, expressions and interactions represent the company ethos of 'joy'.
